It opens just 3 days a week—Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday—lining its ledge with modest, heartwarming handmade loaves and bakes.
A centerpiece of the bakery is the English muffin, distinct for its light yet springy crumb. Fillings span sweet pairings like an-butter made with large Tokachi Dainagon adzuki beans, popular condensed milk butter, and plain fermented butter, alongside savory options such as ham and cheese, egg, or spiced mystery meat reminiscent of coarse sausage.
